Data Deletion

You can demand at any time that we delete the personal data processed by Individual Entrepreneur «ADVANCED PEOPLE», including data from conversations in Instagram and in the Telegram bot. You can also find out what data we hold about you, demand that it be corrected or blocked, and withdraw your consent, including consent to cross-border transfer.

How to send a request

1. Instagram: send @advanced_people_almaty a Direct message saying «delete my data».
2. Telegram: send the /delete command or the message «delete my data» to the bot @Advancedpeoplemanager_bot.
3. E-mail: write to aibolat.konysbayev@gmail.com.

What happens next

We will reply and fulfil the request within 3 business days, unless the law sets a shorter period.

Data we are required to keep by law is kept until the end of the mandatory period.

Withdrawing consent does not cancel services already provided. Without the data, we will not be able to continue your training or issue a certificate.

You also have the right to contact the authorized body or a court.
