09 / COMMISSIONING
Commissioning Fundamentals: from Engineering to Handover
We reply in Russian or English — just write to us.
01 / ABOUT
The course follows the project: first the project parties and the early stage (contracts, FAT / SAT, CSU people and budget), then Engineering and Vendor documents, then systems completion with data validation and the interface with construction.
After that come pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, handover and planning. Guest experts from abroad take part in the course; the assignments and the final dossier give you practice on a continuous example facility.
02 / OUTCOMES
Outcomes are framed as work tasks: what you will be able to explain, do and check after the course.
Explain the handovers from Engineering to Handover and the roles of the project parties
Draw up a CSU org chart and manpower histogram, and describe hiring models and the CSU budget
Run data validation: tag extract, loops and single tags, loop folders, revision checks
Explain the interface between Construction and Commissioning: CWP / IWP, subsystems, the sequence agreement
Build a stakeholder map and a CSU communication rhythm, and put a proposal to a manager: risk, schedule, money
Describe pre-commissioning and commissioning by discipline, SIS and Fire & Gas validation, and readiness for hydrocarbon introduction
