Understand the discipline in the context of a real project
The course helps engineers and managers master planning methods and tools in the oil and gas industry. You will learn to build a schedule in Primavera P6, manage resources and assess project performance.
The program includes practice on industry examples and using Excel for analysis and project reporting.
