Understand the discipline in the context of a real project
The course is for professionals who want to master modern project management methods in the oil and gas sector. You will go through the project phases from feasibility assessment to commissioning of the facility.
The program brings together schedule and cost control, procurement, construction, commissioning and the skills of working with the parties of an international project.

The course runs only as an intensive: two Saturdays of 8 hours and a 4-hour practice session. You receive an Advanced People certificate on completion.
